Organizational Effectiveness provides learning, development, and consulting services to improve individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. The team also works to provide development programs and consulting services to department leaders and staff from their arrival and attendance at New Employee Orientation (NEO), through their varied and diverse careers at Michigan Medicine.
