Timekeeper Tip: Corrections

If a correction is needed on a timesheet, there are two ways to make the correction:

  • Submit a correction form to the Payroll Office
  • Change the timesheet yourself to reflect the correction

Do not do both processes as that will cause duplication and potential errors to the employee’s paycheck and/or leave balances.  If you need assistance, our team is here to help. Please reach out to your pay analyst.

If you have further questions, please reach out to your pay analyst directly. If you do not know who your pay analyst is, please check here. We are experiencing a high volume of calls and emails during this time, so we appreciate your patience as we work through this rapidly changing environment to provide you with the most up to date information.
