The Leave & FMLA Tracking Tool may be used by departments to track PTO, Extended Sick, and FMLA usage. Also included are links to helpful resources. You may choose to use it for all of your employees as it has a forecasting feature, or just those employees who are on FMLA or have low leave balances.
