February 2022 Payroll Calendar

The February payroll calendar is available here.

MOU 639 for Bargained for Nurses Reminders

  • Start using MOU 639 30 days retro from January 12th and going forward for eligible nurses
  • Use the RPN time reporting code along with PAN tracking code to report hours under MOU 639

Be sure to include a comment so these hours will not be counted towards use of the COVID-19 paid time off bank of up to 80 hours

Path Forward: Staffing Incentives

Under Manager Resources you will find information about current staffing incentives.

Currently, the ONLY incentive in effect for Temporary Nurses as of 1/27/22, are those picking up shifts under a Temporary Staffing Assignment Request. Shifts picked up in this manner are paid 2x their hourly rate. Use HBR to add 1.0 pay to regular hours (REG) or HBH to add .5 pay to overtime hours (OTP) resulting in 2x pay for the additional shifts worked.  Again this is for those RN temps picking up shifts on other units besides their own under an approved Temporary Staffing Assignment Request.

For non-bargained for regular staff who are covered by an approved Critical Staffing Incentive agreement in place on their unit please see Critical Staffing Incentive Framework for more information.

Please let us know what questions you have.
