Updated Record Only Process

 The Record Only Update to Payable Time Process document has been updated to reflect recent changes in M-Pathways, where no-pay time now displays as negative (-) in payable time. Existing information has been updated, and an additional example has been included.

Daylight Saving Time Begins

Daylight Saving Time begins at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 9, 2025. For a complete guide to reporting time for staff who worked during the time change, including detailed instructions for punch and web clock time entry, refer to the Daylight Saving Time Guide.

To verify the correct timekeeper is listed for your department, visit the Timekeeper/HR Contact Tool, select the drop-down menu, and type each of the 6-digit department ID numbers for which you are responsible. There should be a timekeeper and backup timekeeper name listed, including uniqname and phone number.

The more accurate we can keep this list, the more efficient it is for all of us to find who we need to reach out to for questions. You can also use the tool to confirm who the assigned pay analyst and HR Business Partner is for each departmentID#.

If updates to information for your department are needed, email Kim Wehrmeister at kmeistr@med.umich.edu and include the following:

  • DeptID#(s)
  • Department Timekeeper: Name, uniqname, phone number
  • Department Timekeeper Backup: Name, uniqname, phone number
