Office Hours for Timekeepers & Approvers

The MM HR-Payroll Office will have “Office Hours” every two weeks on Tuesday of non-pay weeks from 11:30am-12:30pm. During this hour together we'll review recent Timekeeper & Approver Updates and answer questions from the group.

Overtime Chart Update

The  Overtime Chart has been updated recently. It now includes the SEIU workgroup.

Reminder! Employee Record Numbers

When contacting the U-M Payroll Team, please check to see if the employee has more than one record. Record numbers can be found on the Job Data page in M-Pathways. Please include the appropriate record number when contacting the U-M Payroll Team. This helps to ensure your pay analyst is viewing information appropriate to an employee’s correct appointment.
