This award recognizes those who model an exceeding level of caring, innovation, inclusion, integrity, and teamwork. Nominations are welcome from faculty and staff.

The below must be included in a single PDF file.

1. A letter of support from a colleague or manager/supervisor including strong evidence of demonstrating at least one example of each core value.

2. Nomination letters may exceed the 1-page limit due to the various examples of core values required.
